Space debris from Russian ASAT test forces ISS crew into their spacecraft for possible evacuation

Russia conducted a anti-satellite (ASAT) test over the weekend which created a debris field with more than 1,500 pieces objects in low space orbit.

The crew onboard the International Space Station were forced to evacuate into their Soyuz and Dragon 2 spacecraft in case they are required to evacuate.
