The German-Dutch Patriot detachment deployed to Sliač Air Base, Slovakia, has carried out its first training drill in order to get both sets of the crew to work seamlessly in handling an incoming air threat.

A Slovakian MiG-29 and several U.S. Navy EA-18Gs were used to simulate air threats and electronic warfare jamming against the air defense missile system.
