The exercise started on Aug. 14 in Udon Thani at Wing23. It is scheduled to end on Aug. 24.

Anonymous officials were quoted as saying that future exercises will be relocated to Nam Pong air base.

In April, the Bangkok Post had reported that residents were complaining about noise pollution when Singapore deployed its fighter aircraft there.
