A review into the state of America’s nuclear missile forces revealed that maintenance crews at all three ICBM bases in North Dakota, Wyoming and Montana had to share one single wrench
to install a nuclear warhead atop a missile.
Defense Secretary Chuck Hagel said now all three bases had their own wrenches and eventually each base will have two wrenches.
