Russian cruiser Varyag heading to Syria to replace Moskva

Russian cruiser Varyag is currently off India’s coast for Exercise Indra with the Indian Navy till Dec. 12. After that, it will set sail for the Mediterranean to replace cruiser Moskva.

Retired admirals and generals support keeping the JLENS radar

A group of retired admirals and generals who worked on missile defense portfolios during their careers have threw their support behind the Joint Land Attack Cruise Missile Defense Elevated Netted Sensor System (JLENS), Defense One reports. They argued that the radar is an important asset to track incoming cruise missiles.
