Japanese banks provide Qatar with loan for down payment to buy Rafale

Interfax confirms sale of 40 Mi-28NE attack helicopters to Algeria
Interfax reported on Mar. 18 that Algeria has bought 40 Mi-28NE attack helicopters. The main difference is that these rotor-crafts are designed with dual flight controls at the request from Algeria.
