The Asahi Shimbun says Japan’s plan to modify 20 F-15s to carry long-range cruise missiles is in jeopardy as only $103 million has been set aside to upgrade two fighters.

A Michigan Air National Guard KC-135T from the 171st Air Refueling Squadron at Selfridge ANG Base in flight on a refueling mission over central United States. The KC-135 is used for refueling other aircraft in mid-air across the globe. It has a secondary mission as a transport aircraft, moving personnel and equipment. The Romanian Air Force has taken delivery of two more F-16 fighters from Portugal. This is the third and fourth aircraft from a batch of five jets bought from Portugal.
