VMFA-121 ready for combat deployment

The U.S. military’s sole operational F-35 squadron, VMFA-121, is ready to deploy to a war zone with short notice, Lt. Gen. Jon Davis told USNI News in an interview.

MV-22B set new distance record

South Korea deploying UAVs to patrol DMZ

South Korean Army and Marine Corps units will start to receive unmanned aerial vehicles from next year to help patrol the Demilitarized Zone (DMZ).

V-22 testing rolling take-offs, landings on carrier deck

To prepare for the arrival of the HV-22, NAVAIR had an Osprey perform roll-on landings and takeoffs from the angled deck of an aircraft carrier last month.

First operational aerial refueling for a French Air Force helicopter

France has conducted its first operational aerial refueling when a EC725 from 1/67 ‘Pyrénées’ squadron took fuel from a U.S. Marine Corps KC-130J over Africa recently.
