Skyways Air Transportation and Martin UAV compete in unmanned logistics demo

The use of unmanned systems for logistics operations at sea was recently demonstrated by the Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) in collaboration with the Small Tactical Unmanned Aircraft Systems program (PMA-263) at NAS Patuxent River in Maryland.

CH-53K helicopter program advances to full rate production

The CH-53K King Stallion heavy lift helicopter has recently entered Full Rate Production (FRP) following a decision review by the Acting Assistant Secretary of the Navy for Research, Development and Acquisition.
