B-21, private space companies are helping to revive California’s aerospace sector

Analysts believe the aerospace sector in Southern California is expected to grow again after a downturn thanks to defense programs such as the B-21 and hiring from private space companies.

China has withdrawn HQ-9 from Woody Island

Jane’s analyzed commercial satellite photos taken earlier this month of Woody Island in the Paracel archipelago and concluded that China has withdrawn the HQ-9 air defense system stationed there.

Investigators found cause of ROK Army UH-1 crash

The investigation into the crash of a South Korean Army UH-1H crash in Chuncheon on Feb. 15 found that the rotor-craft’s hydraulic servo valve had failed while the aircraft was in a hover.
