It has emerged that a Hsiung Feng 3 supersonic anti-ship missile fired accidentally by a Republic of China Navy patrol boat this morning had actually locked-on to a fishing boat and impact the vessel. The captain of the boat – Hsiang Li Sheng – was killed and three others wounded.
