JASDF confirms arrival of 2 more E-2Ds in Japan

The Japan Air Self-Defence Force (JASDF) confirmed to Jane’s on Apr. 16 that two E-2D early warning aircraft #473 and #474 have arrived in the country.

VMU-1 has flown its first operational MQ-9 mission over Middle East

On Mar. 20, a U.S. Marine Corps (USMC) crew from VMU-1 took control of a General Atomics Company Owned/Company Operated (COCO) MQ-9A over the Middle East for an operational mission for the first time.

The Benefield Anechoic Facility (BAF) on Edwards Air Force Base has been busy recently testing the Eagle Passive/Active Warning and Survivability System (EPAWSS) mounted on a F-15E.
