The U.S. Navy has decided to base the F-35C aircraft at Naval Air Station (NAS) Lemoore. A total of 100 aircraft will eventually be stationed there.
There will be seven squadrons with 10 jets each and one Fleet Replacement Squadron with 30 aircraft.
