A U.S. Air Force doctor with the 353rd Special Operations Group has been charged with raping a Thai woman twice when he was in the country for an exercise last year.

His unit was taking part in Exercise Teak Torch in Udon Thani from Jan. 27 to Feb. 7 of 2014.
