USAF investigating how sensitive data for LRS-B ended up in an article on Forbes

Reuters reporting that the U.S. Air Force has initiated an investigation on how sensitive pricing data for the Long Range Strike Bomber (LRS-B) contest ended up in an article that was published by Forbes on Nov. 6.

In the article, Loren Thompson, chief operating officer of the Lexington Institute, said the flying branch revealed it will cost $21.4 billion to develop the bomber. But the amount was “roughly twice the amount that the competing industry teams bid.”
