AH-64Ds fired AGM-114Ls as part of RIMPAC SINKEX

Two U.S. Army AH-64Ds assigned to the 2-6 Cavalry Squadron, 25th Combat Aviation Brigade launch eight AGM-114Ls during a sinking exercise (SINKEX) with the decommissioned Pearl Harbor frigate USS Crommelin (FFG-37) on Jul. 19.

The SINKEX off the coast of Oahu was part of the Rim of the Pacific (RIMPAC) 2016 exercise.

  1. Are these really AGM114L? I do not see the FCR mast that works them, or is there a new tech I do not know about?
