U.S. offers WC-130H to Niger as EDA

A WC-130H now collecting dust at Davis-Monthan Air Force Base has been offered to Niger under the U.S. Excess Defense Articles (EDA) program.

The former 198th Airlift Squadron aircraft was offered to Niger in November 2015. The offer is yet to be taken up and the WC-130H arrived at Davis-Monthan on Jun. 7, 2016.
