Taiwan’s military attache to U.K. on the outlook of the island’s military helicopter fleet

Col. Li-Chiang Yuan, Assistant Director, Taipei Representative Office in the U.K., spoke to Defence IQ on the outlook of the island’s military helicopter fleet.

Li disclosed that the Air Force will mothball 16 of its S-70C helicopters. Taiwan is also exploring how to install datalinks on its helicopters. Currently, only the AH-64E and UH-60 have Link16.
