French Mirage 2000 intercepts civilian plane flown by shoeless pilot

The French Air Force scrambled its Mirage 2000 fighter to intercept a civilian aircraft over Toulon on Mar. 30 and the police found that he was piloting the plane without wearing shoes.

The man, in his 30s, claimed he is from Slovakia. He did not respond to radio calls and had flown over no-fly zones.
