The Polish government has confirmed that it has selected Raytheon’s Patriot air defense missile system. According to Raytheon, this makes Poland the 6th NATO Patriot country and the 14th Patriot partner nation.

Three Turkish Air Force F-16C/D squadrons assigned to the 4th Air Wing – the 141st, 142nd and 143rd – have been disbanded and the aircraft assigned to other wings.

India’s state-owned Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL) has conducted the first flight of its three-tonne light utility helicopter (LUH) at its facility in Bengaluru on Sept. 6.
The U.S. Marine Corps has placed an order for nine AN/TPS-80 Ground/Air Task-Oriented Radar (G/ATOR) AESA air defense radar systems.
The Royal Canadian Air Fore’s CH-124 Sea King helicopter will be making its final flight in December 2018 on Canada’s West Coast, the service has announced.
