U.S. readying $1 billion arms sale to Taiwan

The U.S. government will soon inform Congress on the sale of $1 billion worth of military equipment to Taiwan, including a AH-64E to replace one that was lost earlier.

Bloomberg says the sale could be announced after the climate change conference in Paris and before the Presidential election in Taiwan.
